Role:

As our Office Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—providing critical support across departments, processing payroll, maintaining HR records, and ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine. This is a dynamic and trusted role, ideal for someone who values confidentiality, multitasking, and making a visible impact every day.

What You’ll Do:
Executive & Administrative Support :

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, answer phones, handle mail, and support the Executive Team.

Payroll Processing :

Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll and coordinate with our external payroll provider.

HR & Benefits Administration :

Maintain personnel files, process benefit enrollments and changes, and conduct onboarding and offboarding.

Office Management :

Ensure a professional office environment and oversee office equipment maintenance.

Accounting Support :

Process customer payments, assist with reconciliations, and support AP functions.

Employee Support :

Serve as the go-to for employee administrative needs and office-related questions.

What You Bring:

A degree in business, accounting, or a related field — or equivalent work experience (2+ years in office administration or accounting). Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort using office equipment and accounting systems. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. A helpful, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
