What You’ll Be Doing As the Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for: Organizing and optimizing office operations Enforcing policies and procedures that support our mission and values Leading, training, and overseeing team members Monitoring key performance indicators and creating solutions when goals aren’t being met Working alongside the executive team to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality service and care What You Need Prior leadership or management experience (healthcare setting is a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems What You’ll Get Competitive pay of $50,000-$60,000 per year (based on experience and skills) Vacation time Access to chiropractic care Medical insurance option How to Apply Please submit your application through this posting.
