Job Alerts Job Summary:
Under general supervision provide operational and transactional support to include but are not limited to performing duties pertaining to complex/high volume timekeeping issues using Kronos/UKG and PeopleSoft/Workday. The selected candidate must provide excellent and expedient customer service to all employees, management, stakeholders and the OHR department. The candidate must possess leave management, and extensive timekeeping experience.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Actively seek to resolve any timekeeping and leave balance concerns while adhering to the
agency policy
Address team, community and facility concerns on escalated matters
Provide open communication with team members, employees, stakeholders, and the OHR
department
Conduct Kronos trainings and presentations via Microsoft Teams or in person
Serves as subject matter expert for the Kronos Unit
Use the Kronos timekeeping system and data to aid in preventing overpayments
Develop, plan, and assist the team in carrying out Kronos Projects as delegated
Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word skills to create reports and presentations
that presents accurate data
Provide precise and complex data by running queries in Kronos
Review any historical corrections edits for discrepancies
Attend, adhere, and complete all Strategic Plan and Compliance Goals and deliverables
Have the flexibility and adaptability to work as needed and instructed by direct supervisor
outside of dedicated work and telework schedule

High school diploma or GED AND One year of experience performing human resources job-related functions
Or One year of experience required at the lower-level HR Tech 1 (HRT010) or position equivalent.
Note:
An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) or more years of experience in managing and/or monitoring employees time keeping in the Kronos system or a Timekeeping system.
