Lice Treatment Technician to join our team at Pediatric Hair Solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service and care to our clients. The Office Technician will play a key role in supporting our mission of delivering high-quality care to children and their families. Training is provided for the right candidate! Responsibilities Diagnose and treat head lice Answering phone and scheduling appointments Clerical tasks Managing appointments Educating patients and our community regarding head lice Requirements Previous experience in an office setting preferred, especially in healthcare.
