Front Desk Assistant (Part-Time – Tech Repair Focus)

Agent Mobile, Brockport, NY Hours:

Monday-Friday, 12PM-3PM (with potential to extend to 5PM based on business needs) Are you looking to get your foot in the door in the tech repair world? Agent Mobile is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team part-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s interested in tech, enjoys talking with people, and wants to learn more about the repair industry in a hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and check in clients with professionalism and care Answer phone calls and take clear, detailed notes Log repair details and updates accurately in our system Help keep the front workspace organized and running smoothly Occasionally assist with basic tech tasks if comfortable

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, dependable personality Strong communication and organizational skills Basic understanding or curiosity about tech repair (experience a plus!) Familiarity with RepairShopr is a big plus Willingness to learn and grow with the team This role is perfect for a student, recent grad, or anyone looking to explore a potential future in tech repair.
