Clerk/Typist Columbia Montour Aging Office, Inc. 702 Sawmill Rd, Bloomsburg, PA 17815 Maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that is understandable and professional with clients, co-workers, supervisors and the public. completes receptionist duties in front office by greeting consumers and visitors, answering incoming calls on a multiple line telephone, transferring calls to the proper party, refers to appropriate agency(ies), and relays messages to staff in order to ensure the continuity of the agency’s services and goals. Assists administrative officer with maintaining the inventory of office supplies for 40+ employees and prepare purchase requisitions for the ordering of office supplies; and assist with ordering paper product supplies. completes all weekly home delivered meal orders. maintains home delivered meal routes. calculates and maintains employee vacation, personal and sick time balances. Verifies employee time and attendance sheets. prepares outgoing mail in order to ensure all Agency’s business is accurately and promptly handled and mailed. Attends agency advisory board meetings, takes minutes for the meetings and completes all correspondence with advisory board. Preparation of client survey sheets to be distributed to center managers when necessary and prepares overall survey tally sheets for quarterly survey reports. Conducts telephone surveys by calling consumers of Agency services Create posters, cards, invitations, fliers, business cards, banners, etc for staff and out four senior community centers.
