Job Description
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Prior experience with working with PowerSchool, student attendance, analyzing data, or strong background with technology.
Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment and machines.
Professional office experience and love for children.
Ability to take instructions and work well with others.
Passion for working with the public.
Fine attention to detail.
Reports to: Principal
Job Goal:
To provide a well-organized, smoothly functioning office supporting student attendance and athletics. To provide assistance to staff and public when needed.
Performance Responsibilities:
Performs usual office routines and practices associated with a busy and productive office environment.
Completes State Department reports.
Prepares daily attendance record keeping.
Makes phone calls to parent/guardian regarding attendance after 3 days.
Distributes attendance letter for 5 days unexcused/10 days unexcused absences.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Terms of Employment:
195-day contract. FMSD (S4) Salary Schedule. 7 hours per day. Non-exempt.
Evaluation:
Performance on this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the board’s policy on evaluation of non-certified personnel.
