Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Fulfillment Associate to join our Tampa-based operations team. This role is primarily focused on organizing inventory and packing orders during morning hours, helping ensure our customers receive their products quickly and accurately. For the right person, this position offers room to grow into a customer service or operations support role over time as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care Maintain a clean, well-organized fulfillment space Ensure all outgoing shipments are labeled and processed on time Restock and organize inventory as new shipments arrive Assist with basic office tasks or team support as needed

Who You Are:

Punctual and dependable with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and staying organized Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet during your shift A good communicator with a positive attitude Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, retail, or inventory management is a plus—but not required
