Amazon Locker+ Customer Returns AssociateJobOverviewYou’re on your way to joining the dedicated team at Amazonthat makes the return and pickup of packages convenient for ourcustomers at our Locker+ retail locations. • even if for just a few moments. Associateswork in designated retail locations
• where it’s convenient for ourcustomers
• helping facilitate the delivery and return of customerorders.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesSome of your duties mayincludeReceive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns,and prepare for delivery.

Assist customers with questions they mayhave.

Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers.

Maintaina clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Manage responsibilities fora Locker+ location, including opening and closing site.

Usetechnology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, andprepare orders.

Receive truck deliveries.

You will also need to beable to do:

Perform physical labor including lifting up to 49pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationStand and walkduring shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonableaccommodationUse carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear tomove items aroundGo up and down stairs (where applicable)Beavailable to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30p.m. with schedules varying week to week.

Surroundings. You’ll bebehind a counter, working with customers. Depending on theLocker+ site, you may be working in a Whole Foods Market,a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobbyof a warehouse.

Activity. You’ll be on your feet for the majority ofyour shift, helping customers and sorting packages.

Temperature. OurLocker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlledenvironments.

Noise level. Sound levels are minimal, what one wouldexpect in a grocery store.

Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules tofollow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required andprotective safety footwear are required in select business units.

Depending on the role or location, Amazon provides a $110 Zapposgift code towards the purchase of shoes, in order to have youprepared for your first day on the job.
