• Monday and Tuesday from 1pm to 7pm. Will need to be available for about a week or two of heavier hours for the training period.

• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Contract CCTV Operator to join our team in Miami, FL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV video images and field data collected by roadside sensors to detect traffic changes and incidents. The role involves working part-time hours and coordinating with various emergency agencies and key contacts to ensure timely response and incident management.

• Job Duties:

• Monitor CCTV video images and field data collected by sensors to detect changes and report on them accordingly.
• Randomly check software to identify potential incidents.
• Verify incidents using field CCTV cameras or information from entities over the phone.
• Create and maintain incident reports for each detected incident and monitor incidents until the end of the shift or until the incident is closed.
• Inform key contacts via email and phone about the incidents being managed.
• Notify agencies about incidents to facilitate timely aid.
• Create and submit hourly reports throughout the shift.
• Report to the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager during the shift.
• Assist the Operations Manager with coordinating incident management and communicating emergent conditions to personnel, as appropriate.
• Provide in-person monitoring as requested for high priority weekend events, designated special events, and festivals.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Reliable and dependable individual with ability to show up consistently
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Ability to create detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in a relevant field are a plus.
