Ideal candidates will need to have the required production experience below. 6:00am to 4:00pm -$15.00 per hour -must be able to work overtime and weekends Responsibilities for Production Workers Production Workers will be required to work on a production line for 8 to 12 hours Sort products and package them into the correct boxes Ensure quality standards are met during the packing process You will work closely with your team members to meet production targets, which means effective communication and collaboration are key components of your daily tasks Attention to detail is critical, as even small mistakes in packing or labeling can lead to significant issues down the line Qualifications for Production Workers Positive attitude and work well with others MUST Work weekend Ability to stand for a full shift Musk be able to communicate speak Spanish or English Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required. Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus. Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management is desirable.
