Mail Receipt & Routing Clerk Covius $15.00 / hr 401(k) United States, Florida, Palm Harbor Jun 20, 2025 It’s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they’re doing! We’re committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Summary This position will be responsible for the receipt of new mail received at the Key West location. Responsible for keeping inventory of all items received, labeling and dating each item, and routing work to the appropriate section for processing. Essential Functions Receive and log all new mail received
Maintain a daily Inventory of all mail received
Label all items with proper account code
Store all work waiting to be processed
Alert 4C executives of any unknown accounts received
This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate.
Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour

Working Conditions Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location. Physical Demands and Activities While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee occasionally is required to remain stationary. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; occasionally position self to maintain files; occasionally moves boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders. NTC Non-Exempt Operations Position The amount of work that needs to be accomplished to service the needs of NTC clients is subject to fluctuations. Due to these fluctuations, NTC may require its employees to move from an area where work is slower to an area where their services are more needed by NTC. The willingness of personnel to assist in or move to other areas within NTC, when needed, is an important factor for the company to meet the needs of our clients.
