Picks up and distributes all incoming mail.

Receives, records, and distributes all incoming packages.

Delivers all outgoing mail to the post office and government annex building.

Serves as messenger for the offices of the Mayor and City Manager.

Runs first-of-the-month reports.

Processes and computes the amounts of postage required for outgoing mail.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge of the standards of mail operations of the postal service system.

Skill in using computers and various software programs.

Knowledge of the departments of the Columbus Consolidated Government.
