Responsibilities of the 1st Shift Stock Handler Retrieve, pack, ship, and receive products efficiently and accurately. Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and effectively. Report shortages and assist in replenishing supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels. Record and track product distribution to ensure accurate inventory management. Manage inventory by verifying and stocking incoming parts. Report any damages to products or equipment promptly. Requirements of the 1st Shift Stock Handler Proven experience in a stock handling or similar role. Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery; certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills for reporting and team collaboration. Ability to work independently and as part of our client’s team. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy items.
