Overview:

Xerox Company is looking for a Mailroom & Print Shop Associate. Candidates in this position should possess an education equivalent to a high school diploma. Candidate should possess knowledge of the print and mail industry. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong computer skills, and knowledge of industry trends and technological changes are essential. Lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds will be necessary.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate inbound pickups from USPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Amazon, etc. Accept/manage inbound parcel and freight deliveries to the warehouse. Sort all inbound mail to the appropriate locations. Handle the delivery of all mail/parcels/inventory items to locations according to the set delivery schedules. Meter, label, or otherwise process all outbound mail from client. Manage/Complete all incoming print jobs (digital/interoffice/walk-in) to client specifications. Perform all necessary pre-press and layout edits to ensure jobs are printed both correctly and optimally (in terms of supply). Manage Print Center supply inventories (paper/tabs/toners) and incoming Print. Promptly assist any walk-ins to the Mail & Print Center. Cover front desk for lunch (Answering phones, deal with walk in customers). Answer the Mail & Print Center phones. Assist in acceptance of inbound deliveries (both parcel and freight). Assist with outgoing parcels and mail. Microsoft product knowledge. Adobe product knowledge (preferred). Multi-function printers. Manual Paper Cutter. Book binding machine. What You Need to

Succeed:

High School Diploma or GED. Print Shop Room Experience. Mail Room Experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Computer Skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
