Job Overview Main duty of this job will be to apply 3 labels unto a 20 pound box, take it off a pallet, and stack it unto another pallet. Duties Load and unload packages from delivery trucks and containers with precision and care. Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse to ensure efficient retrieval. Utilize RF scanners for tracking shipments and maintaining accurate records. Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all packages are accounted for. Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Operate forklifts safely when required, adhering to all safety protocols. Skills Experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous. Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management. Capability to operate forklifts safely, with proper certification being a plus. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling packages.
