Full Job Description Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleaning and restocking the break rooms every day. Retrieve afternoon mail and deliver to receptionist. Assist with opening, scanning, looking up in system, and distributing mail when needed. Appropriately routing incoming mail and processing the outgoing. Keep supplies of copy paper at all printers and copiers and refilling copiers when paper is restocked. Assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies. Properly addressing certified mail, return requests, UPS, Fed Ex, and any other special needs mail. Shredding documents and emptying shred bins. Assist in binding proposals. Retrieve, open, stamp, look up in computer system, and distribute afternoon mail delivered to the physical location. Assist with folding and preparing envelopes for mail-outs. Assist IT with setting up of computers, printers, etc. as directed. Provide support to the Office Manager and Administrative staff with any project or task that needs to be completed. Must have dependable transportation and a clean driving record in order to run errands as needed. Employee must be able to operate basic computer software, i.e. Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Employee must be able to work on his/her feet for extended periods of time and be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Employee must be punctual, dependable, and have a positive attitude.

Work Schedule:
