Responsibilities for a Mail Room Assistant include but are not limited to: + Receive and sort daily mail and shipment deliveries with efficiency and attention to detail + Prepare, meter, and ship outgoing mail and packages + Maintain organization and cleanliness of the mail room for ease of access and professional presentation + Monitor the mail room and assist employees with mail-related inquiries or needs Candidates for Mail Room Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered: + At least 1 year of experience in a mail room or shipment environment + Physically able to assist with the receipt and loading of packages on the dock + Demonstrates strong organization skills and works efficiently in a fast-paced setting + Friendly, approachable, and a dependable team player What’s in this Mail Room Assistant position for you? +

Shift:

Pay Details:
