ASPX Job Purpose:
Pick up daily mail at the post office, inter-office mail and distribute to various county buildings. Process outgoing mail daily. Assist with some warehouse operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picking up and distributing daily mail, processing outgoing mail.
- Ensure postage is charged to correct accounts.
- Prepare weekly postage report
- Prepare monthly postage report to turn into finance department.
- Monitor postage account funds, request additional funds as needed.
- Assist with warehouse operations when needed.
Fill in daily while warehouse personnel are at lunch.
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or equivalent, with no experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
