Hours will be Monday through Thursday 8-4 and Fridays 8-noon. Applicant will also have an after hours and weekend rotation to answer phones 2 weeks per month. Applicant must be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must have a solid work history and maintain excellent attendance. Applicant must be friendly, reliable and self-motivated. Must have the ability to adhere to ethical and legal standards related to HIPAA while demonstrating professional characteristics. Applicant must have a combination of previous medical office, scheduling and/or hiring experience. Applicant must be proficient in general computer use and have excellent phone etiquette. Must be able to work as a team in a small, close-knit office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to posting job ads, screening applicants for interviews, conducting interviews, completing background checks, entering newly hired personnel into the database, answering phones, scheduling, administrative support and various office duties all while providing excellent service and care to our caregivers and our clients.
