Description Robert Half is currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to provide 1-week coverage for a client in need of exceptional front desk support. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience while showcasing your administrative and customer service expertise.
Responsibilities:

Welcome Guests & Visitors:
Greet clients, vendors, and visitors warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued. +
Telephone Management:
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages or transferring calls as necessary. +
Calendar Support:
Provide support by maintaining and updating schedules, appointments, or meeting bookings. +
Administrative Duties:
Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, managing mail distribution, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies. +
Communication:
Respond to email and phone inquiries with clear, professional, and timely communication. +
Office Operations:
Ensure the front desk area and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. +
Support Staff:
Assist other team members with light administrative or clerical tasks as needed within the workplace.
Requirements Qualifications:

Experience:
1+ years of experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in a similar administrative role. +
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with phone and scheduling systems is a plus. +
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and excellent multitasking skills. +
Communication:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor. +
Customer Service Mindset:
Ability to provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through email. +
Availability:
Must be able to commit to the full 1-week schedule without conflicts.
