Program Direcator/Site Coordinator Job Summary:
This position supports and assists operations for the 21st CCLC, including data collections and helping the Site Coordinator complete daily duties with site staff, community partners, and other constituents to ensure the programs meet the grant objectives and goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the Site coordinator, Program Director, and Teachers in implementing 21st CCLC activities for students. Support daily program operations, including attendance tracking, evaluations, and record-keeping. Manage and maintain required data and reports, including EZ Reports. Oversee check-in/check-out procedures to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Assist with student registration, attendance recording and payment tracking. Coordinate and monitor snack distribution, including reporting numbers to CNP Manager. Collaborate with regular school-day teachers to monitor student progress and ensure continuity in academic achievement. Support teachers by preparing materials, making copies, and setting up intervention and enrichment activities. Support family engagement by preparing parent communications and participating in events and workshops. Assist with sign-out procedures and parent pick-up of students. Maintain supplies and equipment and ensure effective setup and cleanup. Helps prepare displays and materials for student use. Attend team meetings as needed and work cooperatively with staff. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the program.
Qualifications:
Required High school diploma or higher Excellent written and oral communication skills Using computer-related software Desired Associate or Bachelors Degree Work experience related to grant program/proposals. ADA Requirements Physical & Mental Requirements Ability to deal with stressful situations. Possesses analytical skills and a strategic mindset. Ability to deal with a wide variety of community people, students, and service vendors.
Terms of Employment:
Salary and benefits in accordance with a compensation program recommended by the administration and approved by the Midfield Board of Education. Funding is provided through the 21st Century Grant and will be reviewed on a yearly basis. This position is non-tenure track position.
