We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. Job Duties :
- General cleaning
- Cleaning cat and dog kennels
- Feeding dogs and cats
- Answering phones
- Greeting and speaking with clients
- Checking dogs in and out
- Scheduling appointments
Qualifications:
- Ability to be on your feet and active for periods of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
