Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Duties :

• General cleaning
• Cleaning cat and dog kennels
• Feeding dogs and cats
• Answering phones
• Greeting and speaking with clients
• Checking dogs in and out
• Scheduling appointments

Qualifications:

• Ability to be on your feet and active for periods of time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
