They handle phone calls, process transactions, merchandise products, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business. Job Duties/Responsibilities Greets and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner creating a positive environment Provides customers with detailed product information, recommendations, and answers questions Handle transactions, ensuring smooth payment processing and managing returns Keeps merchandise well-stocked and organized Maintain Shop cleanliness – regular cleaning and tidying of the store Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
