What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately
Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system (3-4 lines)
Represent the company professionally in both appearance and communication
Coordinate with the receptionist on the 4th floor to manage front-desk coverage
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Provide light administrative support as needed
