Our campus includes a large fitness center, a five-mile hiking and biking trail, large indoor and outdoor pools and a baby pool, and the highly regarded Cohn Early Childhood Learning Center. We also offer dozens of group fitness classes, personal training, summer and year-round camps, and a wide range of other activities and programs. Job Overview The Levite Jewish Community Center is seeking friendly, proactive, and reliable team members to join our Shalom Squad — a vital group of staff who help create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. As part of the Shalom Squad , you’ll serve in a dynamic, customer-facing role that includes rotating between the front desk, fitness floor, and acting as a general floater throughout the facility. Duties Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism Work collaboratively with staff across departments Be knowledgeable about the LJCC facility, programs, and daily calendar Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment across various areas of the building Assist with light setup and support for events and programs Answer member questions or direct them to the appropriate department Provide basic support on the fitness floor (tidying, equipment checks, member guidance) Qualifications A friendly and approachable personality Strong communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility and willingness to float between different roles as needed Dependability and a positive attitude Previous customer service experience is a plus Must be 18 years or older
