What You’ll Do:
Greet clients (both human and furry!) with a smile and make them feel welcome Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date. Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins and check-outs Help clients understand the value of preventive care and the services we provide Keep things running smoothly at the front desk with professionalism and a warm touch
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A genuine passion for animal care and commitment to providing excellent client service. Comfort around pets (you’ll see a lot of them!)
