Receptionist Position Available In Lauderdale, Alabama

Receptionist Fisher Animal Hospital 235 Cox Creek Parkway South, Florence, AL 35630 We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate personnel, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner. Maintain a neat and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records of visitors and phone calls. Answer questions from visitors and provide directions to the office.
