Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist The Dollhouse Salon & Extension Studio Auburn, AL 36830 As the Front Desk Coordinator, you set the tone the moment a guest walks through our doors. You are the first point of contact and the heartbeat of the salon. With a natural flair for hospitality, organization, and discretion, you ensure that every client feels welcomed, valued, and looked after from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism, offering refreshments and ensuring comfort. Manage the salon software with precision, coordinating bookings, appointments, and changes efficiently. Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with grace and clarity. Maintain a clean, beautiful, and serene front-of-house area at all times. Upsell services, treatments, and retail products with genuine enthusiasm and knowledge. Support stylists with scheduling and client flow. Manage transactions and reconcile end-of-day sales accurately. Handle any issues or complaints discreetly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction. Coordinate client reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups. Build strong client relationships and remember regulars’ preferences and needs.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a similar front-of-house, reception, or hospitality role. Immaculate personal presentation and a calm, composed demeanor. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail. Tech-savvy and comfortable with booking softwares. Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure.
