What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out Answer phones, manage reservations, and provide local recommendations Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Perform light administrative and cashier duties Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel/front desk experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with computer systems (training provided) Dependability and willingness to work flexible shifts
