What You’ll Do Greet clients with warmth and genuine hospitality — you set the tone for their experience Educate clients about our wellness services (IV therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, etc.) Manage appointment bookings and daily scheduling with accuracy and efficiency Maintain and update client accounts, memberships, and billing information Handle administrative tasks such as check-ins/outs, inventory support, and digital records Serve as a communication hub between clients and our service team Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and aligned with our wellness vibe What You Bring A genuine passion for health, wellness, or holistic living — no experience required!
