The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. The Receptionist/Secretary will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Support human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee onboarding. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked. Requirements Strong clerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
