Receptionist Sugar Nail Lounge Mobile, AL 36608 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the salon. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
- Direct clients to the appropriate person or place
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Make appointments over the phone and in-person
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties Experience The successful candidate should possess:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of a prior POS system (preferred)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
