Qualified individuals will be responsible, mature, team-players with a deep love for animals, and exceptional customer service skills. Experience in a Veterinary setting is preferred, but not required. We offer competitive pay based on the amount of experience, plus a profit-sharing plan, a scrub allowance, and other benefits. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary office’s daily calendar. Answer client questions and provide basic information. Handle administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and updating client records. Assist veterinary staff with animal handling and restraint when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
