Front Desk Caravita Village Montgomery, AL 36111 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk person to join our team. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 3pm – 11pm. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Only hard workers need to apply. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Handle customer service inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked. Support administrative functions as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
