Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist for the Montgomery Office of our law firm. The ideal candidate should have experience in an office setting, possess strong organizational skills, and be proficient in clerical tasks. As this job would involve a law firm, discretion on the part of any employee is paramount.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with administrative tasks
- File and proofread documents, as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Assistant, or in an office setting is advantageous, particularly if the applicant has worked in a law firm previously
- Proficiency in organizational tasks and attention to detail
- Familiarity with various clerical duties such as filing and transcribing
