Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (part of Eight Eleven Group) 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Calera, AL 35040 General Office Clerk 1 2 year contract Calera, AL Duties Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems. Handle scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning documents, and maintaining organized records. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their inquiries promptly. Support administrative staff with various tasks to enhance office productivity. Skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Exceptional phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues. Strong customer service orientation to ensure positive interactions with all stakeholders. Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Solid organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently within the office setting.
