Front Desk Associate Position Available In Shelby, Alabama

Front Desk Associate Birmingham South RV Park 222 Hwy 33, Pelham, AL 35124 We are looking for a part time employee to join our team at Birmingham South RV Park! The ideal candidate will have an upbeat personality, be able to work well with others, and be hard-working. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position may require some lifting of up to 40lbs, and will require working both indoors and outdoors. Schedule will vary between the hours of 07:30AM – 5:15 PM, including week days and some weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome campground guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Reply to voicemails and emails.
• Book reservations as requested by customers.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources.
• Learn and certify to pump propane, training provided.
• Assist outdoor maintenance team when needed.
• Cleaning of Restrooms and cabins.

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a front desk associate or similar position.
• Must have above average computer skills, familiar email, web, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to sell in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and lift up to 40lbs as needed.
• Prior AL Propane Dispensing License preferred, but not required.
