Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Swen 214 W 1st St, Sylacauga, AL 35150 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and in a fast paced environment. Duties Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Receive and process orders via email, in person, phones and our online storefront. Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records for easy access. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing. Support office management tasks to enhance overall efficiency. Skills Ability to provide competent, friendly and timely customer service via phone, in person and email. Detail oriented and organized. Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation. Excellent customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
