Front Desk Receptionist Arkansas Carports 23512 Highway 64, Knoxville, AR 72845 Arkansas Carports is a trusted provider of high-quality metal buildings, carports, garages, and custom structures. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers.
Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and customers, answering incoming calls, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our sales and office teams. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Take accurate messages and relay information to appropriate staff Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area Assist with customer inquiries about our products and services Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and mailing Schedule appointments and assist with order tracking Help maintain office supplies and manage incoming/outgoing mail Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable with multi-line phone systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Why Join Arkansas Carports? $11.00 – $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
