Front Desk Receptionist Searcy Swim Center 525 Recreation Way, Searcy, AR 72143 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires strong organizational abilities and proficiency in clerical duties, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls, ensuring that our front desk operations run smoothly. •
THIS IS CONTRACT JOB THAT
will offer more hours during the summer time and less hours during the fall.
IT REQUIRES YOU WORK MOST
SATURDAYS and Monday and Thursday
EVENINGS
with the ability to help fill in on other days and times.
THIS JOB REQUIRES FLEXIBILITY WITH SCHEDULING.
Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner. Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of information. Handle clerical tasks such as checking in/out patrons, managing files and creating new or updating existing customer accounts and managing cash register. Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area. 2. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times. 3. Follow rules and regulations. 4. Provide great customer service. 5. Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner. 6. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. 7. Attend all scheduled staff meetings and trainings; unless excused. 8. All other duties as assigned. you must attend all In-Service staff trainings
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirement; general educational background without high school completion, plus 0 to 9 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
