Veterinary Receptionist Northwest Corner Veterinary Hospital LLC 646 Bantam Rd, Bantam, CT 06750 Veterinary Receptionist Our busy four doctor, privately owned practice is in search of a veterinary receptionist to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated receptionist with excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients. Applicants should ideally have some knowledge of small animal medicine, but we are willing to train the right person. Applicants must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment, have proficient computer skills (knowledge of Cornerstone & Otto is preferred but not required). The veterinary field is constantly evolving, and our staff are encouraged to learn and grow. Technical skills required, but not limited to: Answer multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, call to confirm appointments, schedule surgical procedures, x rays and procedures with specialists, greet and check in appointments. Communicate with clients through our communication app Otto and online pharmacy. Applicants must be dependable, reliable, people oriented, and flexible. Pay compensation varies with experience.
