The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. Duties Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members. Assist with office management tasks, including organizing files and maintaining office supplies. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions, including invoicing and expense tracking. Support medical receptionist duties, such as greeting patients and managing patient records when necessary. Handle clerical tasks such as typing documents, filing, and preparing correspondence. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity within the office. Skills Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Experience with legal research a plus. Ability to perform data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with calendar management tools to efficiently schedule appointments. Previous experience in an office environment or as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
