Salon Receptionist Nailed It Mystic LLC Stonington, CT 06379 Nailed It Mystic is looking for a salon receptionist. This position will be Full Time starting in August, but Part Time hours are available immediately. We are looking to hire a receptionist with salon experience, but training support is in place to help get hires up to speed. Responsibilities include booking and confirming appointments via phone calls and text messages, welcoming and greeting clients, answering clients’ nail-related questions, processing transactions, aiding technicians in service setup and maintaining a clean, sanitary environment.

Responsibilities:

Greeting clients on the phone and upon arrival Booking appointments for clients and processing transactions at PoS Assisting nail technicians by prepping tools and supplies Ensuring supplies are organized and adequate Keeping reception area and service areas clean Skills & Requirements Previous salon experience Excellent communication skills and customer-service attitude Ability to stay organized with multiple demands on your attention Proficiency with salon technology, PoS systems, and social media

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
