Front Desk/Members Experience Attendant Position Available In Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut

Description We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team in Darien, Connecticut. This Contract-to-Permanent position involves providing exceptional service to members while managing various front desk operations. Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure members have a positive and seamless experience.
• Process payments accurately using the designated payment application.
• Print and distribute food and beverage menus as needed.
• Create, update, and display flyers to communicate important information effectively.
• Schedule appointments for the golf simulator in a timely and organized manner.
• Answer phone calls professionally and address inquiries or redirect them appropriately.
• Perform receptionist tasks, including greeting members and assisting with their needs.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks to support operations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall member satisfaction and experience. Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including phone coverage and front desk operations.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong ability to handle appointment booking and scheduling efficiently.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable using payment applications and other basic software tools.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
