The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary hospital. This role requires a love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up to date. Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail. Provide information on pet care, products, and services to clients. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room. Skills Familiarity with Cornerstone management system is advantageous. Experience in a veterinary setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while remaining calm and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Ability to interact with clients in a compassionate and comforting way during stressful situations. Possessing strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently is essential to this role.
