JOB DESCRIPTION
Reply to and direct calls, addressing inquiries and messages appropriately and accurately.
Greet all visitors to the ISE, directing or aiding guests as needed.
Review/sign for packages, sort and deliver incoming mail, assist in processing outgoing mail.
Restock office supplies for front work area, copy room, and breakroom
Break down boxes for recycling; empty paper shredder as needed
Maintain and troubleshoot printer including replenishing paper, basic unjamming, and replacing toner
Manage printing, scanning, faxing, as requested by faculty and staff
Coordinate package pick ups by emailing faculty, staff, and students
Conference room scheduling and calendar management
Support the Chair’s Assistant as needed
Other duties as assigned by department
EXPECTED SALARY
$15 per hour
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be in good academic and conduct standing with the University of Florida

PREFERRED
Punctual and reliable
Experience in customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Has Federal Work Study permit through Office of Financial Aid
