Service Department Receptionist/Greeter Responsibilities:
+ Welcome client’s when they arrive + Determine the nature of the client’s visit + Provide information to technician and/or management regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service + Take thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner + Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary + Maintain and stock client refreshments and ensure waiting area is tidy + Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
