Service Department Receptionist/Greeter Responsibilities:
Welcome client’s when they arrive Determine the nature of the client’s visit Provide information to technician and/or management regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service Take thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary Maintain and stock client refreshments and ensure waiting area is tidy Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
