Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Veterinary Client Service Representative who excels in client communication. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments. Handle client communications regarding medical updates, reminders, and general inquiries. Process payments, maintain accurate client records, and manage front desk operations. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable handling high-volume phone interactions with professionalism and empathy. Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with veterinary practice management software. Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.
